750 hrs (aesthetics instructor) | 500 hrs or 1,000 hrs (cosmetology instructor)
- Students in the instructor program may qualify for a shorter time frame to complete the program if they possess at least 2 years of experience and maintain an active license during the program.
- Graduates with at least one year of professional work experience will always be considered for employment at USTA.
- USTA does accept instructor applicants from other schools, however, a skill set and knowledge base assessment may be required.
- Classes are generally no more than 5 students.
